Nadell for a conversation about her timely and compelling new book Antisemitism, an American Tradition at Chicago’s Mah Tovu Congregation for its annual Kristallnacht Program commemorating the Nazi pogrom on the night of November 9-10, 1938. Nadell explores the deep roots of antisemitism in the U.S.—from colonial times to the present—and the powerful ways in which Jewish communities have resisted hatred and bigotry.
